Mr. Sharma has a Bachelor of Computer Application from IGNOU, New Delhi, India, and a Masters of Computer Application from the same institution. Prior to joining Astra, Mr. Sharma had nine years of highly relevant work experience in various information technology areas involving Cisco, Cisco NMS, Nortel, Memotech, Audio Codes, Compaq, and Microsoft products. At Astra his responsibilities include Network Security, IT-operations, project management, implementation and networking support.
