Peter C. Wendell is the founder and a General Partner of Sierra Ventures, a $1 billion venture capital firm in Menlo Park, CA. Peter and his partners have launched many successful, trend-setting companies, including Intuit (maker of “Quicken”), Clinical Partners, and Healtheon. Peter serves on the board of Merck & Co, the pharmaceuticals manufacturer. He also chairs the board that oversees the $9 billion endowment for Princeton University and holds a faculty appointment at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

KP Balaraj

Mr. Balaraj has been a Managing Director of WestBridge Capital Partners in Bangalore since co-founding the firm in 2000. He serves on the boards of ICICI OneSource and is a member of its Audit, Compensation and Investment Committees. He is also chairman of the board at Indecomm Global Services, as well as a board member at Astra.

Feroze Waheed
President and CEO

Mr. Waheed has 26 years of experience as a senior manager in financial services sector and has built three companies (from start-up through successful IPOs). He also spent eight years in the collections industry and was responsible for the design and implementation of a proprietary system for one of the largest student loan collections firms in the US. Mr. Waheed is a US citizen, a native of Pakistan, speaks local languages of India, and is located in Gurgaon, India.
