We initially started with Astra a few years ago on a smaller scale to gain an understanding of their experience and efficiency. As our relationship has grown, we have continued to provide Astra with additional back office work based on their quality control, efficiencies and overall process management. Astra has been an important part of our overall strategy and have certainly proved themselves very capable while taking on a larger portion of our back office and collections business.
