JOB DESCRIPTION

Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our call centre associates who deal with our existing and potential customer. The QA will monitor inbound and outbound call and emails responses to assess associates performance and conformity to company policies and procedures. This individual will assist in developing, creating and implementing call centre quality processes and procedures; as well as making recommendation for enhancements to training materials as needed to enhance the overall agent performance.

  • Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards
  • Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to site management team
  • Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level
  • Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed
  • Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for the agents
  • Provides effective feedback to the agents
  • Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL SET & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • 1-3 years Call Centre Experience
  • Bachelor Degree

  • Excellent in Microsoft SQL Database
  • Strong expertise in writing complex SQL Queries, Stored procedure, functions
  • Good data warehouse and business intelligence concepts
  • Knowledge of batch files, scripting
  • Exposure of any B.I tools i.e. Qlik and Tableau will be preferred
  • Aptitude should be very good
  • Ready to cross trained across B.I tool
  • Expert understanding of SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2012 and SQL Server administration, troubleshooting
  • Solid understanding of data access configuration, including SQL Server to SQL Server
  • Strong on SQL language and stored procedures

  • Should have good exposure to Helpdesk Activities on Manage Engine Helpdesk (Preferred) tool
  • Should have customer handling exposure
  • Remote Support/Voice/Chat support experience
  • BPO experience is preferred
  • Service desk Support: Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email and helping them to raise a concern online on the Tool.
  • Should be able to resolve tickets at first level
  • Response to the users: Record complete details of the service requests/complaints and assign unique identity numbers
  • Ticket Management Assign specific service provider based on the nature of request/complaint
  • Follow- up on completion close service request by regularly following up with respective service assignee and record response time
  • Troubleshooting capabilities on general IT issues like password reset, email configuration support over phone etc.
  • Communicate with requestor to ensure the call closure, request status, reasoning and commit on probably timing of call closure

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering the money owed in as little time as possible. A debt collector will have to be polite and sensitive towards people while also remaining committed to their purpose and persistent. Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency are extremely useful to succeed in this task. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities                              

  • Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
  • Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status
  • Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
  • Handle questions or complaints
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues
  • Update account status and database regularly
  • Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary
  • Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a debt collector
  • Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of relevant federal and state laws related to debt collection (e.g. FDCPA).
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Relevant experience of more than 1 year in collections
