Our data security measures incorporates a US-based data telephony platform for regulatory compliance, site-to-site VPNs for secure communication and data encryption, and automatic system lockouts after three minutes of inactivity. Network security is further enhanced by restrictions on external media and internet access. Physical security measures include biometric access control, CCTV surveillance, and prohibition of cell phones on the production floor.

AstraGlobal holds important Industry standard certifications – ISO 27001:2013 & PCI DSS version 4.0 Our Information Security Management System is annually audited by an independent ISO/IEC. Additionally, our PCI DSS compliance is tested and certified every 90 days.

AstraGlobal ensures the security of client information through a comprehensive and secure connectivity system. This includes firewalls to block unauthorized access to our network, creating a secure tunnel using VPN to protect sensitive data with user authentication and authorization. A Quality Analyst regularly tests the effectiveness of these measures and physical security controls to protect the data center.
