Our Leadership
Rakesh Kumar brings extensive leadership experience in multinational banking and business process transformation (BPT) to AstraGlobal. As a trailblazer in India’s offshoring industry, he was instrumental in establishing the country’s first offshore call center for GE Capital. He later founded India’s first private equity-funded contact center, Global Vantedge, which further advanced India’s position as a global leader in offshoring—a sector that now employs over four million people.
Rakesh is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology and holds an MBA from Delhi University. Under his leadership, AstraGlobal continues to drive innovation in business process transformation through digitization and cutting-edge technological advancements.
